PMV is our proprietary methodology for determining a company’s true intrinsic value. PMV is what an acquirer would be willing to pay for the entire company (per share) in a private transaction. It is calculated by observing actual takeover transactions by industry and applying the corresponding, appropriate valuation multiples to each stock we analyze. Owning shares of high quality companies at significant discounts to intrinsic value is a formula for long-term investment success.

Josh Wheeler is a Principal and Equity Portfolio Manager at Reinhart Partners, LLC., a Milwaukee, Wisconsin based investment advisory firm. Mr. Wheeler joined the firm in 2015 as an Equity Analyst. He was promoted to Mid Cap PMV Portfolio Manager in 2021.
Prior to joining Reinhart, Josh was an Equity Analyst and Assistant Portfolio Manager with Greenleaf Trust. Mr. Wheeler holds a BA in Economics from Hope College and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
Josh earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2008 and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Brent Jesko is a Principal and Equity Portfolio Manager at Reinhart Partners, LLC., a Milwaukee, Wisconsin based investment advisory firm. Brent joined Reinhart in 2000 and led Reinhart’s Mid Cap PMV strategy from 2001 - 2022. Prior to joining Reinhart, Brent was an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager for another Milwaukee based money manager. He has 20 years of value-investing experience through various business cycles and market environments.
Brent graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Business degree from Texas A&M University in 1990. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago where he graduated with High Honors in 1995.

The benchmark for this fund is the Russell Midcap Value Index. The Russell Midcap Value Index measures the performance of those Russell Mid Cap companies with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth values. Index returns are provided for comparison purposes to represent the investment existing during the time periods shown. An index is fully invested, includes the reinvestment of dividends and capital gains, but does not include any transaction costs, management fees, or other cost. One cannot invest directly in an index.
